What a great question.

Typically when a you contact us we will talk about the
reason for wanting to have professional images taken
and the type of photographic style that is most
pleasing to you. After the initial conversation we will
e-mail a short form for you to fill out so that we can
better get to know you and your family.

Once a time and date is decided we will meet you
either at your house or a park that is special to your
family. We will then get to know everyone and  talk
about your expectations, likes, dislikes and what your
plans are for the images.

The next two or three hours are spent capturing
wonderful images of the family. We love to make
great images and have fun doing so. We want you to
have fun as well. There is never any pressure, we are
there for you and only you.

When deciding where to have the session keep in
mind that we have the ability to take images in the
great outdoors or in the comfort of your own home
with our mobile studio. We often do both during the
same photo session. We do not charge extra for this.
It all falls under the same session rate of $99.

About a week after the shoot we will arrange a
proofing session to present you with your
complimentary proof book, show you your session
web page and to walk you through your online
proofing page. This is also when we will  take your
initial product order. Based on your order we will help
you find the session package that will best suits your
needs. This brings us to the payment portion. At  the
end of the proofing session 50% of your total order is
due.

About one week later your products should be in and
ready for delivery. Keep in mind that some products
can take longer to produce than others as well as the
time of the year. Therefore the one week production
time is not a guarantee, but instead a rule of thumb.
We will make arrangements to either deliver your
order or ship it to you. If you did not pay for your
order in full at the proofing session the balance would
be due upon delivery.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If at any time
you are not satisfied with our service we will re shoot,
reprint, or refund. If you don't like our service we don't
want your money.
